This bright succulent hybrid has a purple rosette with pink, ruffled edges. It is evergreen, but shows its color best when grown in bright sunlight. Watch for pink flowers in the Spring.

‘Neon Breakers' grows well in the ground, as well as in container gardens. The color of the broad rosettes add “thriller” to any arrangement. To get the best color from this succulent, grow in bright light.

Watering

Echeveria do not tolerate over-watering well, so be sure to use the “soak and dry” method and only water when the soil is completely dry.

Where to Plant

Echeveria ‘Neon Breakers' is not cold hardy, so if you live in a zone that gets colder than 30° F (-1.1° C), it’s best to plant this succulent in a container that can be brought indoors. It does best in full sun. Plant in an area of your garden that gets 6 hours of sunlight a day.

Echeveria ‘Neon Breakers' is propagated by offsets or “chicks.” Although it does flower, it does not grow true from seed.

‘Neon Breakers' will produce small offsets, sprouting up around the base of the plant. Simply pull these up and allow the offsets to dry for one to two days before replanting in well-draining soil.
